Mihale & Roman, Law Office was created in 2020 with the main goal of providing quality legal services tailored to the needs of each client.

Team
Irina Mihale
Irina is a lawyer specialized in dispute resolution, member of the Bucharest Bar since 2014.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest and the French-Romanian Law College for European Studies.
After graduation and passing her bar exam, Irina became part of a reputable law firm in the field of litigation where she managed numerous projects.
Starting with May 2020, she became a partner at Mihale & Roman, Law Office.
Bianca Roman
Bianca is a lawyer specialized in dispute resolution, member of the Bucharest Bar since 2015.
She graduated with a bachelor degree in law from the University of Bucharest in 2015 and later, in 2021, got her master degree after following the MA program of Public procurement, concessions, public-private partnership.
Shortly after passing her bar exam, Bianca started to work in a law firm renowned for its work in the field of litigation, where she was involved in carrying out various and complex projects.
Subsequently, she collaborated with a well-known law firm specializing in construction law and in May 2020 she became a partner at Mihale & Roman, Law Office.
